FREE TO GOOD HOME is a on going documentary series that explores the current situation of Edmonton’s ArtsHab.
Arts Habitat was formed in 1995 as an initiative through the Edmonton Arts Council to provide safe, affordable and appropriate living and working space for artists.
In 1999 Arts Habitat opened Edmonton's first artist live/work space, ArtsHab One, in downtown Edmonton.
In October 2009 their current lease will expire and they will be faced with an unmanageable rental increase or be forced to relocate or cease to exist all together.
